Degraded ecosystems and conflicted areas can be rehabilitated and resolved through political will, by regreening of denuded forests, cleanup of polluted water bodies, and inclusion of cultural diplomatic component in a peace process. In like manner human resources, including the physically challenged and those in difficult circumstances can be sensitively developed through effective interdisciplinary techno-arts approaches for building capacity and confidence, healing trauma of the marginalized sectors, and transformation of their social realities.
