This initiative which uses plastic arts in the service of strengthening of peace was instituted by the Andorran National Commission or UNESCO in 2008 and has been held every two years, bringing together artists from countries in conflict. It has since eBenX extended to the Mediterranean countries in Malta, and will now be featured in Manila to united artists from ten ASEAN countries.
